Departmental, functional, and economic structures of expenditures of the federal budget - on amounts of funds allocated in accordance with Article 211 of Federal Law No. 173-FZ dated December 23, 2004 "On the federal budget for 2005 year" by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to increase expenditures of the federal budget under the section "Inter-budget transfers" functional classifications of expenditures of the budgets of the Russian Federation, except for expenditures under the sub-item "Transfers to extra-budgetary funds"¹.
