Financial Ombudsman
2.1. The Financial Ombudsman is an independent permanent public body for dispute resolution, where the complainant is an individual client of a financial institution, arising from the conclusion, amendment, performance or termination of contracts concluded with financial institutions and not related to an individual engaging in entrepreneurial activity, as well as complaints arising from or in connection with the activities of financial institutions, if the possibility of appealing to the Financial Ombudsman is provided in written declarations (statements) of the parties to the dispute
