The State Information System for the Prevention, Detection and Suppression of Anti-Competitive Agreements contains information on the risks of concluding and implementing anti-competitive agreements, formed based on processing data on tenders conducted in accordance with Russian Federation legislation, on business entities and on entrepreneurial activity carried out on commodity markets, as well as other information, including that contained in information systems determined by the Government of the Russian Federation1.
