Registry of Issued Securities
The registry of emission securities is a register containing information on registered issues (additional issues) of emission securities by the federal executive authority for the securities market, as well as on issues (additional issues) of emission securities that are not subject to state registration in accordance with this Federal Law or other federal laws, except for bonds issued by the Bank of Russia1.
The registry of emission securities is a register of emission securities containing information on registered issues (additional issues) of emission securities and on cancelled individual numbers (codes) of issues (additional issues) of emission securities, and the registering authority, which is the federal executive body for the securities market, also includes issues (additional issues) of emission securities that are not subject to state registration in accordance with this Federal law and other federal laws2.
