Audiovisual service
Audiovisual service — a website and (or) a webpage of a website in the "Internet" network, and (or) an information system, and (or) a program for electronic computing machines that are used to create and (or) organize the distribution in the "Internet" network of a collection of audiovisual works, access to which is provided for a fee and (or) under the condition of viewing advertisements aimed at attracting the attention of consumers located on the territory of the Russian Federation, and access to which during one day is used by more than one hundred thousand users of the "Internet" network located on the territory of the Russian Federation (ceased to be in force as of 2019-03-18)1.
