A commercial company of strategic importance for the country's defense and state security — does not apply to commercial companies of strategic importance for the country's defense and state security carrying out activities specified in paragraphs 11 - 14, 34, 37 of article 6 of the Federal Law of April 29, 2008 No. 57-FZ "On the procedure for foreign investment in commercial companies of strategic importance for the country's defense and state security"¹.
