Information Disseminated in Violation of the Law
Information disseminated in violation of the law — information containing calls for mass disorder, carrying out extremist activities, participation in mass (public) events conducted in violation of the established order, informational materials of a foreign or international non-governmental organization, whose activities are recognized as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with Federal Law No. 272-FZ dated December 28, 2012 "On Measures of Influence on Persons Involved in Violations of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms of Man, Rights and Freedoms of Citizens of the Russian Federation", information allowing access to such information or materials (ceased to be in force as of March 18, 2019)1.
