Cryptographic means
Cryptographic means - cryptographic means that allow ensuring the security of transmitted data against threats to security relevant when processing biometric personal data, defined for state bodies, local self-government bodies, individual entrepreneurs, organizations and notaries in accordance with paragraph 4 of part 13 of this article, for financial market organizations in accordance with part 14 of this article. The aforementioned cryptographic means must have confirmation of compliance with the requirements established in accordance with Article 19 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (ceased to be in force as of December 29, 2022)1.
