Governing Bodies of the Political Party
1. The highest governing body of a political party is the congress of the political party.
2. The highest governing body of a regional branch of a political party is the conference or general meeting of the regional branch of the political party.
3. Election of the governing bodies of a political party must be held no less frequently than once every five years.
