Movement of foreign citizens and stateless persons
Movement of foreign citizens and stateless persons — relations arising in the course of keeping records of movements of foreign citizens and stateless persons, including their entry into the Russian Federation, transit passage through the territory of the Russian Federation, movement within the territory of the Russian Federation when choosing or changing a place of stay or residence within the Russian Federation, or exit from the Russian Federation1.
