Fake registration at the place of residence
Fictitious registration at the place of residence — registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of residence based on the submission of manifestly false information or documents for such registration, or their registration at the place of residence without their intention to reside in the corresponding residential premises, or their registration at the place of residence without the intention of the tenant (owner) of the corresponding residential premises to provide them with this residential premises for living1.
