Fictitious registration for temporary residence purposes
Fictitious registration for temporary residence — registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of temporary residence based on the submission of manifestly false information or documents, or registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of temporary residence in a residential or other premises without their intention to actually reside in this premises, or without the intention of the receiving party to provide them with this premises for actual residence, or registration of a foreign citizen or stateless persons registered at their place of stay according to the address of the organization where they do not carry out labor or any other activity not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation1.
