Agreement on the Conduct of Industrial and Production Activities – definition and meaning of "Agreement on the Conduct of Industrial and Production Activities"

An agreement on the conduct of industrial-production activities — under an agreement on the conduct (operation) of industrial-production activities, a resident of a special economic zone is obliged to carry out industrial-production activities within the special economic zone during the term of the agreement, as provided by the agreement (ceased to be in force as of 2023-09-01)¹.
