Detached water bodies
Separate water bodies - those owned by the subjects of the Russian Federation, may be allowed under conditions established by the relevant state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The state authority of a subject of the Russian Federation is obliged to announce in the prescribed manner the conditions for general use of water or its prohibition on a water body owned by the subject of the Russian Federation (ceased to be in force as of 2006-06-03)1.
