Basin Agreement
Basin agreement — is concluded between the federal executive body responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of use and protection of the water fund, and the executive body of a subject of the Russian Federation whose territory is located within the basin of a water object (ceased to be in force as of 2006-06-03)1.
