Municipal Higher Educational Institution
Municipal higher educational institution - municipal higher educational institutions are established, reorganized and liquidated by the local self-government bodies of urban districts in accordance with legislation in the order provided for by municipal legal acts (ceased to be in force as of 2012-12-29)1.
