Basic Sport
Basic sport — sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, as well as other sports developed by subjects of the Russian Federation on their territories, and by the federal territory "Sirius", taking into account established historical traditions of the development of elite sports, representation of athletes from subjects of the Russian Federation and from the federal territory "Sirius" in the composition of national sports teams by sport, and participation of these teams in all-Russian and international official sporting events1.
