Operator of the information system for identifying football fans
The information system operator for fan identification - a federal executive authority responsible for developing and implementing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of information technologies, in cases determined by decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, ensuring the possibility of identifying and authenticating spectators, participants of official sports competitions, and other persons involved in conducting such competitions1.
