Provided subsidies
The provided subsidies - the total amount of funds allocated in the federal budget in the form of subsidies to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation for the implementation of transferred powers (hereinafter - provided subsidies) is determined on the basis of the methodology approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, taking into account the number of athletes engaged in sports schools, athletes holding sports titles, as well as the population size of the subjects of the Russian Federation (ceased to be effective from 2014-12-31)1.
