Pool Scientific and Industrial Council
Bassiny scientific and industrial council - are formed for each fisheries basin in order to prepare proposals on the conservation of aquatic biological resources, including proposals on the distribution of quotas for the harvesting (catching) of aquatic biological resources among persons who acquire the right to harvest (catch) aquatic biological resources1.
