Evaluator - a person with whom, in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 29, 1998, No. 135-FZ "On Evaluation Activities in the Russian Federation," an agreement on conducting evaluation (hereinafter - evaluator) can be concluded1.
Evaluator - specialists should be engaged for evaluating property in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation on evaluation activities2.
