Dispute Resolution Agreements
Dispute resolution agreements — agreements on the consideration of disputes arising from non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this agreement, by arbitration courts or arbitral tribunals within the territory of the Russian Federation, whose decisions may be recognized within the territory of the issuer country of the securities in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation1.
