Administrative data — documented information obtained in accordance with normative legal acts of the Russian Federation by federal executive authorities, other federal state authorities, the Bank of Russia, state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, other state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, public authorities of federal territories, local self-government bodies in connection with the performance by them of functions (competences) within a defined area of activity, and other organizations to which the performance of these functions (competences) is assigned by the legislation of the Russian Federation1.
