Form of federal statistical observation
The form of federal statistical observation is a questionnaire - a sample of a statistical document intended for obtaining primary statistical data in the established order, containing questions from the observation program, space for answering them, other data whose transmission is provided for by the provisions of this Federal law, as well as the signature details of the official responsible for providing primary statistical data (the person authorized to provide primary statistical data on behalf of a legal entity or on behalf of a physical person applying the special tax regime "Tax on Professional Income", or on behalf of a notary engaged in private practice, an attorney who has established a law firm, and other persons engaged in private practice in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, or on behalf of a citizen engaging in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity within the territory of the Russian Federation), and other data and allowing to carry out unification of processes for collecting and automated processing of primary statistical data1.
