Foreign person
Foreign person — legal entities and organizations in other organizational and legal forms, whose civil capacity is determined by the law of the foreign state in which they are established; physical persons, whose civil capacity and civil capability are determined by the law of the foreign state of which they are citizens, and stateless persons, whose civil capability is determined by the law of the foreign state in which these persons have a permanent place of residence1.
