Construction of the Olympic facility in stages
Phased construction of an Olympic facility — the construction of one or several capital construction objects or parts of capital construction objects that are part of a linear Olympic facility (tunnels, bridges, overpasses, platforms, viaducts, as well as road sections, pipelines and power transmission lines), including capital construction objects that cannot be put into operation and operated independently1.
