An organization carrying out the construction and (or) operation of federal-level Olympic facilities, regional-level Olympic facilities or municipal-level Olympic facilities - in the case where the construction and (or) operation of the aforementioned Olympic facilities is provided for at the expense of the federal budget, the budget of Krasnodar Krai or the budget of the municipal formation of the city-resort Sochi respectively (ceased to be effective as of 2013-07-02)¹.
