Regulation on the organization and conduct of licensing control over the activities of organizations using nuclear materials and radioactive substances in works involving the use of atomic energy for defense purposes - including the development, manufacture, testing, transportation (carriage), operation, storage, decommissioning and disposal of nuclear weapons and military nuclear power installations, excluding the activities of military units and organizations of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in this area¹;
