State organ for the management of atomic energy usage
The state authority for the use of atomic energy - the state corporation for atomic energy "Rosatom", which is vested with powers to carry out state management of the use of atomic energy in accordance with Chapter IV of the Federal Law "On the Use of Atomic Energy" and to regulate the use of atomic energy through normative legal acts1;
