Property of Federal State Unitary Enterprises
The property of federal state unitary enterprises - the property belonging to federal state unitary enterprises (when transferred into the ownership of joint-stock companies created by transforming federal state unitary enterprises, with 100 percent of shares being transferred as a contribution in kind by the Russian Federation) and located outside the territory of the Russian Federation (including real estate, shares and participation interests in foreign legal entities, monetary funds in foreign credit organizations, securities that are such according to the legislation of the Russian Federation or the legislation of a foreign state, other property) (ceased to be effective as of 2019-04-01)1.
