Enterprise Property
Enterprise property - property belonging to enterprises (when transferred into the ownership of joint-stock companies created by transforming enterprises, where 100 percent of shares are transferred as a contribution in kind by the Russian Federation) and located outside the territory of the Russian Federation (including real estate, shares and participations in foreign legal entities, monetary funds in foreign banks, securities which qualify as such under the legislation of the Russian Federation or the legislation of a foreign state, other property)1.
