A traffic organization plan for a route or section of a route used by heavy and (or) oversized vehicles — documentation providing for the conduct of measures to organize traffic on a route or section of a route used by heavy and (or) oversized vehicles in cases provided for in paragraph 15 of article 31 of this Federal law¹;
