Subsequent payment
Subsequent payment — within five days after the departure of the vehicle on which the user made a trip along a toll road or a toll section of a road, from the toll road or toll section of a road in the case when an electronic registration device for passage is not used to collect fees on the toll road or toll section of a road, or in the case when the user does not have an electronic registration device for passage, or in the case when the user who uses an electronic registration device for passage has not previously transferred funds to the operator as payment for passing along the toll road or toll section of a road, or funds were transferred in an amount insufficient to pay for passage along the toll road or toll section of a road1.
