Point of control
Control point — requirements for the location where control of arrival of freight transport vehicles used for international road transport is carried out (hereinafter in this article referred to as a control point). Such requirements should include, among others, the placement of the control point on a section of the highway in immediate proximity to the entrance to the territory of the automobile border crossing point through the State Border of the Russian Federation or in the waiting zone and equipping the control point with means for compulsory stopping of vehicles1.
