Fixation Means
Fixing means - stationary special technical devices operating in automatic mode, having functions of photography, cinematography, and video recording for fixing violations of traffic rules; mobile special technical devices having functions of photography, cinematography, and video recording for fixing violations of traffic rules; portable special technical devices having functions of photography, cinematography, and video recording for fixing violations of traffic rules (hereinafter in this article - stationary, mobile or portable fixing means), the decision on the use of which on highways and urban road networks (hereinafter in this article - roads) was adopted before the date of entry into force of Article 22.1 of this Federal law, may be used on roads for fixing violations of traffic rules provided that requirements established by Article 22.1 of this Federal law and the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 22.1 of this Federal law are met, unless otherwise provided for by the Law of the Russian Federation dated April 15, 1993, No. 4802-I "On the Status of the Capital of the Russian Federation"1.
