An agreement on electronic document flow of transportation documents is an agreement on the provision of services for transmitting electronic transportation documents and information contained in them to the state information system of electronic transportation documents. Such an agreement is a public contract and may also provide for the provision of services for creating electronic transportation documents and information contained in them¹.
