Radar system navigation worker and vessel traffic control and navigation service — persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation and carry out activities in accordance with the requirements specified in paragraph 1 of article 15 of this Federal law (ceased to be in force as of 2020-06-14)¹.

Radar system navigation worker and vessel traffic control and navigation service — radar system navigation workers and vessel traffic control and navigation service personnel include persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation and carry out activities in accordance with the requirements specified in paragraph 1 of article 15 of this Federal law².
