Qualified generating facilities operating on the basis of renewable energy sources — generating facilities operating on the basis of renewable energy sources, as corresponding to the target indicators established in accordance with the main directions of state policy in the field of improving the energy efficiency of the electricity sector; Generating facilities operating on the basis of renewable energy sources also include facilities carrying out combined production of electric and thermal energy, provided that such facilities use renewable energy sources for the production of electric and thermal energy¹.
