The Energy Supply Security Headquarters - collegial bodies, energy supply security headquarters for consumers of electric power, which make decisions on the application of measures necessary to prevent and (or) eliminate the consequences of disruption in the supply of electric power to its consumers, in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation¹.
