Inviolability of the minimum property
Immunibility of the minimum property - necessary for the existence of a citizen-debtor and members of his family, including the preservation of the salary and other income of the citizen-debtor monthly at the level of the subsistence minimum of the working-age population throughout the Russian Federation (the subsistence minimum established in the subject of the Russian Federation where the citizen-debtor resides for the corresponding socio-demographic group of the population, if the amount of this subsistence minimum exceeds the amount of the subsistence minimum of the working-age population throughout the Russian Federation)1.
