Size of the arrears in child support
The amount of the alimony debt is determined based on the debtor's earnings and other income during the period in which the collection of alimony was not carried out. If the debtor did not work during that period or documents regarding his income for that period were not submitted, then the alimony debt is calculated based on the average wage in the Russian Federation at the time of the debt collection1.
