Placing an arrest on securities
Placing a lien on securities - prohibition for the debtor to dispose of them (sell, use as collateral for their own obligations or third parties' obligations, burden them in any other way, or transfer such securities for registration of rights to another depository or registrar maintaining the register of security holders (hereinafter - registrar)1.
