Assignments (acquisitions) of the creditor's rights (claims) - assignments (acquisitions) of the creditor's rights (claims) in respect of obligations arising from loan agreements in cash form and/or credit agreements, as well as the borrower's performance of obligations to the new creditor under the original agreement underlying the assignment agreement¹.
