National Warranty System
National guarantee system - a system of interacting organizations carrying out activities aimed at ensuring access by small and medium-sized business entities and organizations forming the infrastructure supporting small and medium-sized businesses to credit and other financial resources, consisting of participants in the national guarantee system, which include the Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, the joint-stock company "Russian Bank for Support of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses," as well as credit support funds (guarantee funds, surety funds) (hereinafter - regional guarantee organizations) and state (municipal) microfinance organizations meeting the requirements set for regional guarantee organizations and state (municipal) microfinance organizations and their activities respectively, established by this Federal Law and normative legal acts adopted in accordance with it1.
