Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise
An average enterprise - for average enterprises - joint-stock companies, partnership companies, business partnerships, meeting one of the requirements specified in paragraph 1 of this section, production cooperatives, consumer cooperatives, peasant (farmer) households, individual entrepreneurs who carry out entrepreneurial activity in the field of catering as their main type of activity (within class 56 "Activities providing food and drink" of section I "Hotels and catering activities" of the All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activities)1.
