Federal executive authority in the field of industrial policy, authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation - formed in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation, the list of joint-stock companies, partnerships, which carry out entrepreneurial activity as their main type of activity in the field of light industry (within class 13 "Textile product manufacturing", class 14 "Clothing manufacturing", class 15 "Leather and leather products manufacturing" of section C "Manufacturing" of the All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activities) and whose average monthly employee count for the previous calendar year exceeded the limit set by subitem "b" of paragraph 2 of part 1.1 of article 4 of this Federal law, but did not exceed the limit established in accordance with paragraph 2.1 of part 1.1 of article 4 of this Federal law¹.
