The federal executive body responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of science and scientific and technical activities — a list of joint-stock companies, business partnerships, whose activities consist in the practical application (implementation) of the results of intellectual activity (computer program software, databases, inventions, utility models, industrial designs, breeding achievements, integrated circuit topologies, trade secrets (know-how), exclusive rights to which belong to the founders (participants) respectively of such joint-stock companies, business partnerships — budgetary, autonomous scientific institutions or those that are budgetary institutions, autonomous institutions, educational organizations of higher education (ceased to be in force as of 2019-07-26)1.
