Authorized body in the field of industrial policy
The authorized body in the field of industrial policy - formed in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation, is a list of joint-stock companies and partnerships that carry out entrepreneurial activity as their main type of activity in the field of light industry (within class 13 "Production of textile products", class 14 "Production of clothing", class 15 "Production of leather and leather goods" of section C "Manufacturing" of the All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activities), and whose average number of employees for the previous calendar year exceeded the limit established by subitem "b" of paragraph 2 of part 1-1 of article 4 of this Federal law, but did not exceed the limit established in accordance with paragraph 2-1 of part 1-1 of article 4 of this Federal law1.
