The Unified Register of Small and Medium-Sized Business Entities — the unified register of small and medium-sized business entities, holders of shareholder registers of joint-stock companies that were created before December 1 of the year preceding the current calendar year, and in which information about the respective holder of the shareholder register of joint-stock companies is contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities¹.
