Shareholder Registry Holder of the Joint Stock Company
The shareholder registry keeper of a joint-stock company must annually submit to the authorized body by July 5th a list of joint-stock companies meeting the conditions established in subitem "a" of paragraph 1 of part 1-1 of article 4 of this Federal law (excluding the conditions established in the third paragraph of the aforementioned subitem). The aforementioned list is compiled by the shareholder registry keepers of joint-stock companies based on data available to them, contained in the lists of persons entitled to participate in the annual general meeting of shareholders of the respective joint-stock company held during the current calendar year1.
